Basically, there are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to the WILDERNEES BOOKSHOP do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with the WILDERNEES BOOKSHOP for refused shipments. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
